Rescuers: Cat Distribution System
In order to help cat rescuers connect to potential adopters or fosters, we are creating an NYC Cat Distribution network with self-reported contact information. On the flip side, rescuers can make their information available to potential adopters, fosters, and other supporters to help, volunteer, or donate.
Please read the following form instructions carefully before you fill it out and submit it.
Please be aware that your submitted answers will be added to a publicly accessible spreadsheet. Submit answers only about yourself, unless you have written permission from someone to fill this in on their behalf (it is much better to share the form and let them fill it in themselves).
